Batpkr accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not transfer your account, sell it, or allow another person to use it. You may not allow any automated tool, bot, or script to interact with the platform on your behalf.
Batpkr may close or suspend any account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, use by an underage person, violation of these terms, or any other behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. In cases of proven fraud, any balance may be forfeited.
Deposits at batpkr are processed in PKR only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the payments page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by method and are displayed at the time of depositing.
All funds you deposit must come from a payment account in your own name. Depositing with a payment account belonging to another person — regardless of whether you have that person's permission — is not allowed. This applies to JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts, bank accounts, and cards alike.
Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within a few minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank or issuer. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.
Batpkr does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — your mobile wallet, bank, or card issuer — may apply their own charges. Those charges are outside batpkr's control and are your responsibility to check before depositing.
Funds deposited to batpkr are for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds without the intention to play, for the purpose of cycling money through the platform, or in connection with any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

For sports betting — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, and esports — bet settlement is based on the official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void, bets on that event will be settled according to the published void bet rules. In-play bet settlement follows the result at the time the bet was confirmed, not the final match result.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-spin on a slot or a failed fish game round — batpkr's system records the state of the game before the failure. Support can retrieve this record and resolve the round based on the documented state. Players should contact support immediately if a game session ends unexpectedly and the result appears incorrect.
Batpkr's decision on game outcomes, bet settlement, and technical disputes is final once the review process has been completed. The review process typically concludes within 72 hours of a formal dispute being raised with support.
Gaming at batpkr is intended to be entertainment. It is not a reliable way to make money, and no strategy, system, or pattern of play changes the fundamental nature of chance-based games. We take our responsibility to players seriously, and the platform includes tools to help you stay in control.
Players can set deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — directly from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately on being set and cannot be raised within the same session. To increase a limit, a cooling-off period applies automatically.

Our liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of the relevant issue.
